Pastor & First Lady

Pastor Johnny L. Anderson is a native of Canton, Mississippi. He is an undergraduate and masters graduate of Jackson State University. He is a doctorate fellow of the University of Memphis.

Dr. Anderson’s professional experience includes being a high school instructor in the Canton Public School System, professor at Jackson State University, and administrative manager with The United States Department of Labor. He is also a Dale Carnegie graduate and instructor and motivational speaker.

He is a Holy Ghost Preacher and Pastor of New Jerusalem Church of God in Christ. Many souls have been saved and delivered under his evangelical prophetic ministry. He is a community activist. This anointed man serves as a counselor to many.

Evangelist Missionary Jannifer Anderson is also a native of Canton, Mississippi. She is a graduate of The University of Southern Mississippi with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. She has completed graduate classes at The University of Mississippi.

Mrs. Anderson has been licensed by the Mississippi State Board of Nursing as a Registered Nurse for 29 years. She has served in several management positions at The Mississippi Baptist Medical Center and is presently employed by The Mississippi State Department of Health. She is also very active in the community and The Women’s and Children’s Ministry at New Jerusalem Church of God in Christ.

She is a Licensed Evangelist Missionary of the Church of God in Christ. Missionary Anderson is faithful in the ministry and dedicated to the building of the Kingdom and empowering women to serve with grace. She is a faithful partner in the evangelical prophetic ministry of her spouse.

This couple has been married for 31 years. They have three children: Faith (Kenyon) Williams, Jonathan (Renada) Anderson, and Jessica (Jonathan) Winston. They are the proud grandparents of Antjuanque,Darion, Malaysia, Anna, Kaylyn, and Ethan.
